U-Boot Krieg dabbruc - Wilson" (Memorandum to Germany to discontinue submarine war without delay ; or else diplomatic relations will by severed). To the right, a naked female figure, Justice, holding a pair of scales, from which hangs a sheet of paper inscribed, "20. April 1916". In border, "Entweder - oder" (Either - or). Reverse: Two armored arms, holding document with seal inscribed, "Der U-boot Waffe leisten wir nicht Verzicht! Volkerrechtswidrige Methoden England vom Zaume bricht den Krieg Ihr kurztet so Ihr stellt die Waffenlieferung ein Wilson will doch der beste Neutrale sein" (We will not refrain from the U-boat weapon.
